Mercedes-Benz Southport coming soon

Autosports Group expands collaboration with Mercedes-Benz with a new site in Southport, Gold Coast. Today, ASG announces the completion of the acquisition of the land and buildings at Nerang St, Southport on the Gold Coast for $17.6 million.   

CEO of Autosports Group, Nick Pagent said: “The acquisition of this 8,785 square metre site in a prime Gold Coast location is consistent with our strategic objective to secure and maintain flagship locations in key metropolitan markets.  As outlined in our FY25 results, we intend to develop a purpose-built Mercedes-Benz facility at this site.  We anticipate the development approval and construction process will take approximately two years, with sales operations expected to commence in the meantime from our facility at 138 Ferry Road, Southport in the first half of FY27.  Together with our recently-acquired Mercedes-Benz Canberra dealership, this expansion strengthens our Mercedes-Benz representation nationally.  We appreciate the ongoing support of Mercedes-Benz.”
