Emerging Leaders Development Program
Developing our people at Autosports Group is critical for us to continue to grow people which will lead to better business outcomes. The first Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP) in partnership with Autosports Group Limited and Deloitte commenced in September 2021 and came to a close with project presentations in July 2022. The level of engagement of these projects was exceptional, and we are confident we are in good hands with this group of people as our Leaders now and in the future.We are pleased to share that we will be running a further Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP) for 2022/23. We will also be launching another development program; Performance Excellence Program (PEP), this program will see more people involved and the development happening earlier in their career.
