ASG to acquire ten Barry Bourke Motors dealerships in Victoria
Autosports Group to acquire ten Barry Bourke Motors dealerships in Victoria.Autosports Group has entered into an agreement to acquire 10 Barry Bourke Motors dealerships in Victoria including with FY25 revenue of $212.4 million*, for approximately $34 million. The dealerships include Audi, Volvo Cars, Jaguar Land Rover, Geely, GMSV, LDV, Peugeot, Renault and Suzuki in Berwick, and Jaguar Land Rover in Doncaster.
Strategic acquisition:
- to strengthen collaboration with Audi, Jaguar Land Rover and Volvo Cars
- to secure flagship locations in key markets
- is expected to be immediately accretive.

Completion is scheduled for December 2025.
