At Autosports Group our purpose is to Drive Endless Possibilities; for our customers, employees, shareholders and brand partners.Our CEO & Managing Director, Nick Pagent recently hosted Business Updates in each state (NSW, QLD & VIC). It was a great opportunity to gather our over 1,500 team members to discuss group performance and growth, future construction developments, our diversity & inclusion strategy and employee benefits. Kerrie Dewey, GM of Human Resources proudly announced that Autosports Group is now offering paid parental leave for primary and secondary carers. This change to our policy will lead the way in the Automotive Industry to engage with our teams as we continue to be proud of our “Village”.
The national business updates were the perfect time to launch our new purpose and values to our teams. A variety of team members presented on what the values mean to them and how our values have evolved over the years. Watch this space!
