Autosports Group Audi businesses in Sydney partnered with L’Enclume Residency at Bathers' Pavilion to deliver an immersive experience into the world of boundary pushing creators.Simon Rogan’s three Michelin starred L’Enclume brought the shared value of future-focused sustainability as the main theme of the gastronomic evening. 2022 was an incredible 20th anniversary year for Simon and L’Enclume, winning their much deserved third Michelin star as well as being awarded The Good Food Guide’s Restaurant of The Year… again!
