Vehicle Registration Clerk

About the role:

Located at Leichhardt based among franchised brands including Honda Fiat / Alfa Volvo and Volkswagen, we seek a vehicle registration clerk to simultaneously support both the sales and administration functions of the dealerships by carrying out the processing of various duties in a timely and accurate manner. Experience in a similar role with-in the motor industry in preferred but not essential.

Role responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Registration/transfer and acquire vehicles with NSW RMS
  • Issue stock numbers for trade-ins and check associated vehicle authority paperwork
  • Issue stock numbers for trade-ins and check associated vehicle authority paperwork
  • Enter vehicles into our DMS
  • Archive vehicle deals (new retail, used retail, fleet and wholesale)
  • Process invoices for reconditioning costs etc

Other administrative duties including some reception Key attributes for the role:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise
  • Strong interpersonal skills such as working in a team and the ability to communicate effectively with management and team members

In this role you will be responsible for full detailing of all vehicles; washing, buffing, polishing as well as interior and exterior cleaning.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be efficient, reliable, energetic and physically fit, with proven experience in automotive detailing (preferably at a dealership level). Full Licence is essential.
